Product Features

·Pretreatment: Surfaces to be potted require cleaning or degreasing to achieve optimal potting results.
·Application: Mix ALD-CW229 and ALD-HW229 uniformly in proportion (by weight) using manual or automated equipment. Heating each component separately reduces bubble formation. For applications sensitive to gas entrapment, use specialized defoaming agents or vacuum degassing processes. Apply an appropriate amount to the area to be sealed.
·Curing: This product requires heat curing at temperatures above 80°C.
